Voron Trident Belt Tensioners

We are proud to announce our Trident Belt Tensioners!  Made of 6061 aluminum, they will add a nice stable tensioning system to your printer.

Installation is simple:

• Assemble loosely as shown in the exploded views
• Insert your idler pulley at this time, with a shim washer from the kit above and below the pulley.  It will be a tight fit, so take your time.
• Attach to your extrusion, and move them all the way forward on your frame. 
• Tighten the 2 m3x6 screws on the tensioner plate to the upper and lower mounting plates, make sure to leave the middle m3 screw loose.  (Please note, this bolt can be substituted with longer or shorter m3 bolts as needed.)
• Lock down the mounting bolts on the top plate and the bottom plate, and install your belts and pulleys
• Tension the belts using the middle screw on the front tensioner plate.
• You can use the m5 bolts that attach the to the slider to fine tune your up/down adjustment for belt tracking.  
• Once you have the adjustment set, tighten the opposite m5 bolt and the slider will be locked into position so that you have both the upper and lower m5 bolts, and the middle m3 bolt holding your tension.
