We process payments using Paypal and Shopify for the purposes of protecting your information.  We do not store any credit card information in our systems.

Order Cancellation if using Paypal as a payment option (does not apply when doing a non-paypal transaction)

Paypal does not refund transaction fees upon order cancellation.  If an order is returned for reasons of no longer wanting the product and it is in new resellable condition, the buyer will be responsible for the transaction fees, which is specified here on Paypal's website (3.49% + $0.49 as of 8/22/21).  Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued less the transaction fees.  

Shipping fees for returned items are non-refundable.

Returns & Replacements

Any panels ordered for non-current versions of printers are custom and not returnable. 

We will only accept returns of unopened and non-custom products and kits within 30 days of delivery.  The product must be returned in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new, meaning protective film must not be removed.  If the item returned is in brand new or unused condition, we will issue either a refund or an exchange of the product.

Once we have approved your return, it is your responsibility to package the item well so that it is not damaged, and return the item using a shipping service that provides a tracking number, which you must in turn sent to Mandala Rose Works.  Mandala Rose Works will not accept liability for any items lost or damaged in shipping.

Custom made items are not refundable or returnable as we have no avenue for selling custom items.

You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

If an incorrect part was shipped, we send a replacement asap and either include a return label, or email the return label.

If it's international, we ask the customer to pay for the postage to return it and we reimburse them by way of refund once a receipt is provided.  Any 

Damage Claims

We pack our products very carefully, but damage can and does happen on occasion.  Please inspect your products immediately upon receipt.

In the event that damage does occur, said damage must be reported to Mandala Rose Works within 30 days so an insurance claim may be filed.  Please include photos of the damaged product and the damaged packing, and DO NOT get rid of the packaging. 

Packaging must be retained in the event that the carrier wishes to inspect it. 

If it is not reported within this timeframe, your damage claim may be denied.
